Greater works

We've covered symbols and symbolism, so I'm not going to repeat everything, so in order to understand some of this, you'll need to read from the first blog or post, through this blog. [John 14: 12, 13] "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (13) And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." There is a spiritual way to do things and a physical way to do the same action......{example} (1) You can kill someone physically (murder), and you can kill them spiritually by giving them the wrong spiritual knowledge or spiritual food/ poison. (2) You can steal someone else's possessions and you can steal people from Christ by giving them the wrong spiritual knowledge, thus handing them over to Satan. etc. Jesus changed water to wine, thus showing what he did with scripture. He (Jesus) took something simple like his word/ water, [John 7: 38; 4: 10,11, 13,14 ] and turned it into something complicated or intoxicating, confusing. [ John 2: 9] Jesus therefore has his servants turn wine into water, changing his complicated message into something plain and simple. [Matt 3;3; Isa 57:14; II Cor 11: 3] "...make his paths straight, ....take up the stumblingblock,.....the simplicity that is in Christ." Christ's servants shall shine like the stars in Heaven. [Dan 12:3] " And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever." The stars represent Christ saints, giving light/ knowledge to others. [Matt 10: 27 ; John 1:4; 8: 12; 14 :6] Christ is his word/life,...the way, the truth and the life. Many are spiritually dead. When we give them Christ's word, we put LIFE, back into a dead body. His church is his name. Thus, "in Jesus name", is in Jesus' church/ kingdom.
